How can I access print periodicals?
Foley Library maintains a collection of print periodicals in compact high density storage, due to the nature of the storage this collection is available by request only.
Library Request Guide to Placing Requests
How do I request periodicals?
There are a few ways to request print periodicals!
- Primo Requests: If you find a specific issue of a periodical listed in Primo Library Search or Journal Search, login to Primo and place a request, just like you would place a hold on a book.
- Article Requests: If you need a specific article, Gonzaga affiliates can place an article request through our ILL system and we will scan and electronically deliver the article you need.
- Periodicals Request Form: You can also use our Periodicals Request Form for access to multiple periodicals, or those not yet listed by issue in Primo Library Search*.
*Note we are actively working to get all periodicals listed in Primo but this is an ongoing project!
I'm not a Gonzaga affiliate what are my options?
Researchers who are not current Gonzaga students, faculty, or staff can place requests using the Periodicals Request Form. You will be asked to show ID when you visit Foley to access the periodicals collection.
